A Rochester man was finally arrested and charged after stealing more than $1,000 in merchandise from Lens Crafters at Eastview Mall in August.
Deputies in Ontario County say that Michael Riggins, 57, of Rochester was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny after being arrested on Saturday around 10:38 pm at the St. John Fisher Park and Ride in Pittsford. A warrant had been issued out of Victor Town Court.
He was remanded to the Ontario County Jail and will answer the charges at a later date.
