Should developer Lee Bieber receive financial benefits in his effort to rehabilitate a large historic chunk of downtown Waterloo? If you have an opinion on the issue and want to express either support or disapproval, you can at a January 26th public hearing.
The Seneca County Industrial Development Agency will conduct the hearing prior to making a final decision on offering the financial benefits, possibly at its February 2nd meeting. The IDA Board of Directors voted Jan. 5 in favor of an initial inducement resolution for Bieber’s Waterloo Restoration & Redevelopment LLC.
