Wolcott woman allegedly uses ATM card to steal money

A Wolcott woman was charged with first-degree identity theft and fourth-degree grand larceny after she allegedly drew money out of another person’s account.

According to Wayne County sheriff’s deputies, Jennifer Brewster-Miller, 35, was arrested Jan. 11th on a warrant out of Sodus Town Court. The arrest stems from an incident last month when Brewster- Miller allegedly used the victim’s ATM card to draw money out of his/her account.

She was arraigned in Sodus Town Court and sent to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash or $15,000 bail bond.
