On Thursday January 5th at 2:31 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Lisa M. Preston, 49, of Seneca Falls for petit larceny.
During the investigation it was discovered that Preston stole merchandise from a local business, passing all points of sale without rendering payment.
Preston was processed and released on an appearance ticket. She is due in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on January 12th at 10:00 am to answer for the charge.
