Gov. Andrew Cuomo is pushing for record investment in the state’s water infrastructure — funding that could benefit Owasco Lake and its surrounding communities.
Cuomo, who spoke in Buffalo Monday, unveiled the Clean Water Infrastructure Act as part of his 2017 State of the State agenda. He wants to provide $2 billion for water infrastructure throughout the state.
