Deputies in Wayne County report that they arrested a Huron man following a domestic incident.
Wayne County Sheriff Barry Virts says that deputies arrested Martin Donald Roberts, 26, of Huron following an investigation into a domestic incident. That investigation revealed that Roberts slapped a small child causing injury.
He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Roberts was arraigned in Huron Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail on $1,000 cash bail or #2,500 secured bond.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
