On Wednesday at 2:43 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joanne E. Cestare, 53, of Seneca Falls.
The arrest stems from a shoplifting complaint at the Cayuga Lake Trading Store.
Cestare is accused of stealing merchandise from the store and was subsequently arrested and charged with one count of petit larceny. She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on January 22nd at 10:00 am.
