Keith Batman will serve as chairman of the Cayuga County Legislature for a second term.
The 2016 chairman sat with his fellow legislators at the start of the reorganization meeting Tuesday night, but soon took his seat at the front of the Legislative Chambers after a 12-1 vote to keep him steering the ship. Legislator Michael Didio voted against Batman’s reinstatement, and Legislators Tucker Whitman and Grant Kyle were absent.
