A Canandaigua man was arrested after allegedly stealing a keg of beer from a Canandaigua establishment.
Officers in Canandaigua arrested Paul J. Soltis III, 27, of Canandaigua — charging him with third-degree burglary, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.
He is accused of unlawfully entering an outside refrigerated cooler at the Wine and Culinary Center and stealing a “Sixtel” keg of beer, which he was in possession of at the time of the arrest.
The charges will be answered in Canandaigua City Court.
