Deputies in Ontario County say that a Farmington man was arrested on December 23rd after an investigation into the theft of tools from a garage on County Road 4.
Cernard D. O’Grady, 19, of Farmington was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary after he allegedly entered a garage on County Road 4 and stole tools. The incident took place in early-December, according to deputies. He was arraigned in Canandaigua Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
He will answer the charges at a later date in Canandaigua Court.
