Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Friday issued 101 conditional pardons to New Yorkers who were convicted of a non-violent crime when they were minors and have lived crime-free for at least 10 years.
The move was part of an effort Cuomo announced last year to issue youth pardons to individuals convicted of a misdemeanor or non-violent felony at age 16 or 17 and have since stayed out of trouble.
