State Troopers say a 21-year-old is in guarded condition at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester following an accident that happened around 5:45 am in the Town of Ontario.
Police say that Steven Azzano was driving east on Lake Road when he lost control of his vehicle, going off the road, and into a wooded area. They also note that the driver’s side of the vehicle struck a tree, which caused extensive damage to the vehicle.
According to the hospital, Azzano is listed in guarded condition. The crash happened near Lakeside Road, according to those on the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.
