The Finger Lakes Museum & Aquarium has applied for a freshwater wetlands permit for its planned wildlife trail.
Public comments on the application and the trail project will be accepted in writing by the state Department of Environmental Conservation until Jan. 12. Comments should be sent to Matthew Griffiths, NYSDEC Region 8 headquarters, 6274 East Avon-Lima Road, Avon, 14414.
