Deputies in Ontario County report that on Monday around 10:20 pm they arrested Laurie A. Johnson, 56, of Seneca Castle for driving while ability impaired by drugs, as well as driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs and alcohol. The arrest stemmed from a report of a domestic incident that happened on Melvin Hill Road in Phelps.
Johnson was issued citations and released. She will appear in Phelps Town Court to answer the charges.
