The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that one man has been arrested following a domestic incident.
Deputies arrested John M. Hall, 62, of Naples for criminal obstruction of breathing following an investigation into a domestic incident that took place on Monier Street in Naples on Christmas Eve.
Deputies say Hall placed his hand on his girlfriend’s neck and applied pressure during an argument. Hall is currently being held in the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention and will appear in Naples Town Court at a later date.
