A 20-year-old Irondequoit man is facing a sexual misconduct charge after an incident, which Penn Yan Police say took place in the village.
On December 20th officers arrested John W. Sikes, 20, of Irondequoit after he allegedly had sexual contact with a 16-year-old. He was charged with sexual misconduct.
The charge will be answered at a later date in court. Sikes was issued an appearance ticket.
