A 23-year-old Bloomfield man was charged with driving while intoxicated after police say he drove over a curb and into a snowbank.
Canandaigua Police arrested Joseph A. Hubbard, 23, of Bloomfield and charged him with driving while intoxicated, driving with blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, moved from lane unsafely, failure to use designated lane, and side windows non-transparent.
He is accused of driving while intoxicated — moving through a parking space and striking a curb, as well as a snow bank.
Hubbard will answer the charges at a later date.
