On Tuesday at 7: 44 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Katherine A. O’Malley, 30, of Seneca Falls for shoplifting.
The arrest stems from a larceny investigation at a local business where O’Malley was observed passing all points of sale without attempting to render payment for items in her possession.
She was taken into custody without incident and processes for one count of petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. O’Malley was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on January 5th at 10:00 am.
