One sent to hospital after crash on SR 20A in Bristol

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Tuesday a crash in Bristol resulted in one person being sent to F.F. Thompson Hospital.

Deputies say around 4:09 pm they were called to State Route 20A for the report of a personal injury crash in Bristol. They say that Robert Frost, 59, of Bloomfield was making a left turn onto Gregg Road in front of Cornelia Reifsteck, 59, of Shortsville — causing her to strike his vehicle.

Reifsteck was transported to F.F. Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua by Finger Lakes Ambulance, according to deputies.

Frost was cited for failure to yield the right of way when making a left turn. The charge will be answered in Bristol Town Court at a later date.
