Deputies in Ontario County say that Gregory W. Ringelstein, 34, of Canandaigua was arrested on Saturday, December 17th around 10:15 pm for driving while intoxicated.
Deputies say they responded to the area of State Route 332 and Townline Road for the report of a sick or intoxicated driver. When they arrived to the area, they found a vehicle on Route 332 weaving in it’s lane.
He was taken into custody without incident and submitted to a breath test. He will answer the charges in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
