Two Geneva teens have been indicted in Ontario County Court with a host of charges related to a melee in the city of Geneva in June. Meanwhile, Ontario County District Attorney Mike Tantillo said lesser charges were levied against another defendant in the case, while a fourth was cleared following grand jury deliberations.
Tantillo said Raequan P. McCall, 16, and Jemar M. McCall, 18, both of North Exchange Street, were both indicted on two counts of second-degree robbery, third-degree assault, first-degree riot, all felonies, and inciting to riot, a misdemeanor. Tantillo said another defendant in the case, Diamond C. Wineglass, 17, of Middle Street, was charged following grand jury review with two counts of second-degree harassment, a misdemeanor.
