On Saturday at approximately 6:20 pm deputies in Ontario County arrested a Geneva pair after they allegedly stole items from Walmart.
Deputies say that Julie Ann Heers, 47, and Joshua Paul Ochs, 39, both of Geneva were arrested after a complaint that they had been stealing consumable goods. In all, they were found to have passed all points of purchase with $45 worth of consumables, and had even previously been banned from all Walmart establishments due to prior incidents.
Both were taken into custody without issue and were released after being arraigned in Seneca Town Court. Both will answer the charges in Geneva Town Court.
