A 21-year-old Canandaigua man was arrested on Wednesday after deputies observed suspicious drug activity on Butler Road.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Wednesday at 3:22 pm deputies completed a vehicle stop on County Road 16 in the Town of Canandaigua, which resulted in an investigation.
That investigation yielded marijuana inside the vehicle, which was owned by Kirk A. Thomas, 21, of Canandaigua. He was arrested on an unlawful possession of marijuana charge.
He will answer that charge in Canandaigua Court at a later date.
