A pair of Penn Yan residents were arrested on outstanding warrants, which were issued in Penn Yan Court.
The Penn Yan Police Department says that Hunter J. Fuqua, 20, was arrested for second-degree harassment after allegedly sending threatening text messages to another person.
Cody M. Sanford, 20, was arrested for failure to appear on a suspended registration charge.
Both were arraigned in Village Court and will answer the charges at a later date.
