A Farmington man was arrested on Sunday at 5:39 pm after allegedly striking an 8-year-old child on the forehead and buttocks.
Deputies say that Barrett A. Fogg, 31, of Farmington was arrested after being accused of causing bruising to his 8-year-old child’s forehead and buttocks as a result of corporal punishment.
Fogg was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in Manchester Town Court and was released on his own recognizance. Fogg will answer the charges in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
