The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that on December 7th at 5:22 pm Luann K. Ryan, 62, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, blood-alcohol content .08 percent or more, failure to keep right and no signal following a traffic stop on River Road.
Officers say Ryan was released on traffic tickets and will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on December 19th at 6 pm to answer the charges.
