Pair arrested for not providing prescribed medication to child in Waterloo

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that the Narcotics Unit arrested Elizabeth M. Snyder, 28, and Nancy A. Snyder, 55, residing at 989 Waterloo-Geneva Road, room 24 for endangering the welfare of a child.

The pair was arrested after a joint investigation between members of the Seneca County Child Protective Services, as well as the Narcotics Unit. The two allegedly failed to provide prescribed medication to a child less than 17-years-old.

Both were issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
