An Ithaca man was indicted on Thursday morning in the Tompkins County Court with charges of burglary, robbery, and criminal possession of a weapon. Benjamin Spradlin, 40, was reported to have broken into a couple’s residence in Enfield on November 12th. Court documents show that Spradlin entered the home around 5:30 pm and demanded money from the couple.
