A 22-year-old Canandaigua man was arrested by City Police after he allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl in August.
Robert J. Ryan III, 22, of Canandaigua was charged with one count of first-degree rape, according to police. He is accused of providing alcohol to a 15-year-old female to the extent that she was physically helpless and then having sexual intercourse with her.
The incident allegedly took place at Ryan’s residence in August.
Ryan is already incarcerated at the Ontario County Jail on a separate first-degree rape charge. He was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
