Williamson man charged with felony DWI after driving without headlights

A Williamson man was arrested on December 2nd after a traffic stop for driving while intoxicated.

Deputies arrested Herman Henderson, 63, of Williamson for felony driving while intoxicated, felony blood-alcohol content .08 percent or greater, as well as first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation — a felony, and no headlights.

He was released and is scheduled to appear in Williamson Town Court at a later date.
