Deputies in Ontario County report that a Walter S. Bush, 54, of Victor was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated after a property damage accident that occurred at 309 West Main Street in the Village of Victor.
Bush left the scene of the accident and was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident. He was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in Victor Town Court.
