The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that Megan E. Quigley, 19, of Fairport was arrested for petit larceny following an incident where it is alleged that she removed several items from Von Maur, including Nike shorts, a Vineyard Vines shirt, Busy Lizzie shorts and a tank top — as well as a Michael Kors clutch purse with a total value of $565.
She then allegedly concealed those items on her person and exited the store without paying for them. Quigley was issued an appearance ticket and removed from the property. She will answer the charges at a later date in Victor Town Court.
