A Canandaigua teen was charged with attempted criminal sex act in the first degree after an investigation into an alleged incident that happened in late-October.
Members of the Canandaigua Police Department say that on November 30th Maxwell J. Dailey, 17, of Canandaigua was arrested after being accused of attempting to force a 17-year-old female victim to perform a sexual act. While the incident occurred in October, the arrest was not made until November 30th. An investigation resulted in the arrest.
Dailey was arraigned in Canandaigua City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
