Guardian Glass seeks new air quality permit from DEC

Guardian Glass plans to invest $9.5 million in a new furnace in 2018. In anticipation of the replacement of its 20-year-old furnace, Guardian wants to install new emissions control equipment in 2017 to work in conjunction with the new furnace.
