The Board of Directors of the Finger Lakes Regional Land Bank voted Tuesday to apply for $500,000 from the state to acquire and rehabilitate blighted Seneca County properties for resale. A decision on the application should be made within a month, according to Land Bank President and Executive Officer Peter Brown.
