On November 11th at 3:50 pm deputies in Ontario County arrested Vanessa Marie Paulchel for driving while intoxicated following a routine traffic stop on County Road 8 in the Town of Farmington.
She has been charged with felony driving while intoxicated due to having a prior driving while intoxicated conviction in the last ten years. She was also charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after Paulchel was found to have a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or higher.
She was issued a variety of traffic citations, which included use of a mobile device while driving, consumption of alcohol in a vehicle, and others.
Paulchel was released on appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
