One car crash in Fayette caused by blackout

A 58-year-old Seneca Falls woman was transported to Geneva General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries after she blacked out — causing her vehicle to go off the roadway in Fayette.

Deputies say they responded to Seybolt Road on Sunday at 4:22 pm for the report of a one car crash. The driver, identified as Robin A. Buck, 58, of Seneca Falls blacked out and lost control of her vehicle, which was traveling eastbound on Martin Road. She crossed the Seybolt/Martin Road intersection resulting in her vehicle entering a field.

She was transported to Geneva General Hospital for treatment.
