A complex that at one time served as headquarters for ExxonMobil’s Films Division is for sale. Jindal Films is selling the site at 729 Route 31 for $6.3 million. The sale is being handled by Pyramid Brokerage Company out of Perinton.
Jindal obtained the 111-acre complex after purchasing ExxonMobil Chemical Co.’s global biaxially oriented polypropylene films operations in 2014. After its purchase, Jindal, an India-based company, made the Macedon plant its research and development center and national headquarters.
