A Waterloo woman was arrested on Friday after being indicted in Ontario County Court.
Anna Marie Nucci, 61, of Waterloo was taken into custody at 3:48 pm on Friday. She was arraigned on the charge of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.
She was transported to the Ontario County Jail and will answer the charges at a later date.
