Joe Dendis wants to build and lease about 50 bungalow-like wood cabins on Route 318 in Tyre. He has formed HLD Properties LLC, named after his wife’s initials, to do the project. Dendis will appear before the Board of Directors of the Seneca County Industrial Development Agency Thursday to seek a sales tax exemption and modified Payment In Lieu Of Taxes — or PILOT — agreement for the project.
