On Friday at about 10:40 am the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Tammy S. Whitfield, 45, of Seneca Falls on the charges of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a Class B felony, and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class B felony.
The charges stem from an investigation into Whitfield selling crack cocaine in the Town of Seneca Falls. She was arraigned in the Fayette Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail. Whitfield will appear in the Fayette Town Court on November 1st at 1 pm to answer the charges.
The Seneca Falls Police Department assisted in the investigation.
