A Hornell man was charged with driving while intoxicated in Penn Yan after a traffic stop on Sunday, according to authorities.
Police say Joshua Wing, 32, of Penn Yan was driving to his residence when he was stopped by police and admitted to consuming alcohol. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and driver’s view obstructed.
He will answer the charges at a later date in Penn Yan Village Court.
