Syracuse upsets #17 Virginia Tech with 31-17 victory

De’Jon Wilson lifted himself out from underneath the scrum, held the the football above his head and high-stepped down the Syracuse sideline as the 33,838 fans in the Carrier Dome jumped and cheered.
