A recent report from the NYS DEC that found elevated lead and arsenic levels in the soil throughout a portion of Geneva is causing concern for people in the area. According to the DEC, land around the old Geneva Foundry has elevated lead and arsenic levels and a plan is being to developed to remove and replace soil on all of the effected properties.
