On October 15th at 1:59 am deputies in Ontario County arrested Bradley K. Harris, 19, of Canandaigua for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Deputies say that Bradley was arrested after being stopped for speeding in a 40 mph zone on State Route 21 in the Town of Manchester.
Bradley was issued an appearance ticket for driving while ability impaired by drugs, speed in zone, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He will answer the charges on December 7th.
