A West Henrietta man was charged with DWAI drugs, as well as criminal possession of a controlled substance after rear-ending a parked car on October 7th at 4:03 pm.
The Canandaigua Police Department arrested Jeffrey J. Delaney, 22, of West Henrietta for driving while ability impaired by drugs, following too closely, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree after the incident.
He is also accused of possessing a controlled substance without a prescription. He will answer all charges in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
