A Canandaigua man was arrested on burglary charges after an incident involving the theft of a Playstation 4 gaming system.
Deputies in Ontario County say that Timothy D. Marsh, 50, of Canandaigua was charged with burglary in the third degree after he was involved in the theft of a Sony Playstation 4 gaming system from the garage of a residence.
He was arraigned in Hopewell Town Court and committed to the Ontario County Jail without bail. He will answer the charges in Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
