A 22-year-old Fairport man was charged with petit larceny after deputies from Ontario County say he stole more than $100 worth of merchandise from a store at the Eastview Mall.
Authorities say John C. Javrowsky, 22, of Fairport was arrested for petit larceny after allegedly stealing $114.93 worth of merchandise from Zumiez at the Eastview Mall in Victor.
Javrowsky was also charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs after it was determined that he had consumed a controlled substance before driving to Eastview Mall.
He was issued an appearance ticket and processed at the Ontario County Jail. He will answer the charges at a later date.
