A Pennsylvania man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop in the Village of Watkins Glen.
Justin A. Graham, 27, of Millville, Pennsylvania was arrested by Watkins Glen Police on September 11th and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to signal.
Graham was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $1,000.00 cash bail.
