When Wayne County set out to create a plan aimed at attracting more business and residential growth, one of the main conclusions was that the county needed to re-brand itself in order for that to happen. It also realized, first and foremost, it needed to help those firms already here grow — and stay. Some of the first steps in the re-branding effort are underway.
